Koh Samui holiday home, Villa Pattama (80 sqm) is one of 5 individual houses embedded in a small property with communal pool, Whirlpool, Sauna, BBQ area, Restaurant, Snackbar and is located in the North–West of the island of Koh Samui, between Bang Por and Maenam. The bungalows are clean and as they are placed in the well kempt garden provide enough space between the houses to keep your privacy. You can easily walk to the ring road and some small shops are nearby. The next beach is just a few minutes by bike.
Climbing up a few steps you reach the partly roofed front terrace providing a table and two chairs. Through a glass door you enter the living area furnished with a 
comfortable sofa, a table, and a side board with a TV. A ceiling fan generates a cooling breeze. Here, as in the whole house, old teak wood and natural stone surfaces have tastefully been used to decorate the house and to create a very special atmosphere. A counter with two bar stools separates the living area from the kitchen.
The fully equipped kitchen offers a sink, a microwave, a toaster, a water boiler, a small stove and a fridge/freezer combination. Additional the kitchen embraces a small dining area with a table and two chairs. From the kitchen a glass door gives access to the small garden behind the house where you also can find the private sala with four 
chairs and a table. Here you can relax during the hot time of the day and sip on a cool drink.
On the right side of the exit to the garden is the separate toilet room with a washing basin. The next door is the entrance to the spacious bedroom with a double bed, small furniture and a fitted wardrobe with integrated dressing table, and air conditioning. The adjoining en suite bathroom with washing basin, shower and toilet matches the rest of this extraordinary house due to 
its special design.
