Holiday Villa on Samui - Villa Laurence

This very modern Villa is embedded in the lush green hills of a housing estate with private villas and 24h security in Bang Por, in the North – West of the island of Koh Samui. From your House you can reach the ring road within a few minutes and from there you have only short distances to the next beaches or small restaurants offering Western as well as Thai dishes to match everybody’s taste. Small shops for your daily supply and shops for clothes and souvenirs are close by. To Maenam it is just a 10 minutes ride.

You enter the house through a roofed entrance and reach the spacious open living-dining-kitchen area where big windows allow panoramic views over the tips of coconut trees, down the valley and out onto the sea. The living area is divided into an area with a couch, a small table and a TV, and on the other side of the room you find a sitting area with a table and four chairs.

In between, at the wall towards the entrance side, is a fully equipped kitchen with sink, stove, microwave, coffee machine and toaster. In the adjoining open utility room are a fridge/freezer and shelves for crockery. A counter with 5 chairs separates the kitchen from the living area.

To the right of the entrance lies bedroom 1 which is equipped with a big double bed, wardrobe, small furniture, writing table, chair and recliner seat, air conditioning and an en suite bathroom with shower, washing basin and toilet.

Bedroom 2 is at the other end of the house and is equipped as bedroom 1 but this bedroom has two big single beds.

All rooms offer a nice view down the valley and out onto the sea. Sliding glass doors give access to the pool deck. In the middle of the deck a large infinity pool invites to take a cooling dip.

To the left of the pool are sunbeds and to the right are an outside shower and a table with 4 chairs where you can relax while you sip on a cool drink and enjoy the view, or you can have a barbecue with some friends.
In front of the house is a roofed car park for 2 cars which can also be used for BBQ.

Babies welcome but the villa is not suitable for children ages 2-12 due to the high balconies and open pool.
