Villa AIGLEPIERRE is situated on the north coast of Koh Samui, between Nathon and Maenam, on a hill overlooking Angthong National Marine Park with beautiful sunset view.
Build in a landscaped garden of more than 5.000.‑ sqm, this luxury villa consists of 5 houses built in teak wood or tropical wood in the Ayutaya style.

House  1 is the dinning room and the kitchen (42 sqm);
House  2 has 2 bedrooms ( 50 sqm);
House  3 is the living‑room (50 sqm);
House  4 is the master bedroom (50 sqm);
House  5 has 1 bedroom (40 sqm) and a kitchen

Embraced by the houses 2, 3 and 4 is a large terrace with sunshades, deckchairs and a 10x5 meters outside infinity swimming pool. An outside whirlpool, accommodating 6 people, next to an outside waterfall shower, nicely fitted in the garden between the living room and the master bedroom, makes it hard to decide where to chill out and have a cool drink.

You can also relax in a big sala in the garden or enjoy a traditional Thai massage. A sauna under the master bed­room adds up to your health and is equipped with a shower and a toilet.

All bedrooms have an en suite outside ( Bali style ) shower or indoor bath room, air‑conditioning, fan, mini‑fridge, satellite TV, DVD‑CD player. House 5 has an outdoor covered kitchen.

Both kitchens are well equipped as well as the dinning room that has an outside terrace where meals can be served and you and your friends can enjoy a real starlight dinner under the tropical sky.
At night all the houses, the garden and the pool are nicely illuminated.
From the master bedroom music can be played outside as there are speakers in the living‑room, at the pool and in the sala. Wi‑fi.

A roofed car park for two cars secures your vehicle by a sliding gate
The all compound is surrounded by a fence and there are 24 hours security guards at the entrance of the development plus security patrol at night.

The pool is cleaned every day, except on Sunday. Gardeners come 3 times a week in the morning and 2 maids clean the houses 3 times a week from 8.30 a.m. to 11.30 a.m.
lncluded in the rental prices are those services, the consumption of eIectricity and water.

Rental conditions:

• Minimum rental period is 7 nights
• This villa is not longer than 2-3 month bookable
• The balance of total rental amount is due a minimum of 4 weeks before the check in date using your credit card or a bank SWIFT transfer to our nominated Thai bank account
