Lamai is a relaxing small sea side town on Koh Samui. With its many restaurants and bars to choose from, it makes for a great night life, which can go on till 4am. Equally you can find a quiet part of the beach which is about 700 meters away and just chill out. Chaweng 20 mins drive is a lot busier than Lamai, with many western type shops, good bars and restaurants.

The villa, located on a hill, is decorated in contemporary Thai style and consists of 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with king size bed and air- conditioning. The en-suite bathroom includes bath tub, toilet and wash basin.    All further bedrooms are equipped with en-suite shower room and air-conditioning.

The spacious open plan living/dining/kitchen, with sliding door access to the side sun terrace (60sq.m.), is tastefully furnished and provides everything you expect to find in a villa of this category. A separate sliding door gives access to the rear terrace and the beautiful private Infinity swimming pool, with steps into a shallow section. The perfect place to relax in privacy and sip on a nice cocktail while you enjoy the stunning view out onto the sea and the reef.

With the property being split into two separate units this enables two families to have there own private living space, yet be able enjoy their holiday together.
Note: The villa is not rented out to seperate bookings. So if you only rent the top floor villa the lower floor apartment will be kept empty for privacy.

The villa and apartment accommodation is not really suitable for young children due to the open plan pool area. Parents will be responsible for supervision of children.

All prices are fully inclusive of:

• Tax, VAT
•  airport transfers
• free food and drink pack on arrival and fresh flowers.
• Bed linen is changed every third day, while towels are changed as necessary,
  pool towels are provided and replenished as deemed necessary.
• The trained house staff will visit once daily to make sure that rooms are made, clean and tidy or at your request.
