When you enter this Villa through the double winged wooden door, a stunning view onto the soft rolling hills, the palm trees and the sea, as well as two friendly elephants welcome you. Next to the entrance is a guest toilet to the left, and a storage room to the right. Stepping further into the house, to the right is a very tastefully furnished and decorated living room with lounges, table and armchairs. Sliding glass doors do not only allow you to enjoy the view but also give access to a roofed balcony.
To the left of the entrance is a large, European, well equipped kitchen and the dining room adjoining this area. The big windows allow light and air to flow through this room which is furnished with a big round table and chairs for 6 persons.
Going down the stairs you are in a small hall from where you have access to all rooms, the terrace and the pool on this level. To the left is the master bedroom with built in wardrobes and a dressing area. To the right is a smaller bedroom and a TV-room that has a couch which can be converted into a guest bed. Both bedrooms have big sliding glass doors and you can enjoy the beautiful view while stretching out on your bed. Two large bathrooms with toilet and shower are also on this floor. From the hall as well as from the bedrooms you have access to the big, furnished terrace with a good sized infinity pool.
The pool deck is the ideal place to take a refreshing dip in the pool or relax with a cool drink on a sunbed. In the well kempt garden a wooden swing invites you to sit down and have a look at the tropical vegetation.
A big sala with comfortable chairs, glass tables, hammocks and a bench provides shade during the hot time of the day.
Opposite of the roofed entrance of the house is a small building which is used as storage and laundry room. A car park for several cars connects the Villa with the road.
