Long Term Rental - SL Villa 07 in Lipa Noi - 2 Bedroom - on Koh Samui

SL Villas are located in Lipa Noi, a quiet area in the west of Koh Samui. Restaurants and small shops are nearby and Lipa Noi has nice and sandy beaches which you can reach within a few minutes by bike. To Nathon it is just a 10 minute drive. The leveled ground in this area is ideal for long walks or bicycle rides. The house is surrounded by a very well kempt small garden.

You enter the house through sliding glass doors and find the open living-dining area. This spacious and tastefully furnished room features a comfortable couch and a small table. A ceiling fan generates a cooling breeze. To the right side is a sideboard and a flat screen sat-TV. Here you also find a small multiple purpose room.  An other door gives access to bedroom 1 which is mirror inverted identical with bedroom 2.

On the left side, the dining area with a table and four chairs adjoins the living area. Here you also find the bathroom with shower, washing basin and toilet. At the end of the room are a fridge and the entrance to the half open kitchen which is equipped with counter, sink, small cooker and water heater. Through a back door you reach the garden behind the house.
To the left side you enter the bedroom 2 with double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, nightstand and air conditioning. Through a glass door you have access to the front terraces which are furnished with a glass table and two chairs.
