SL Villas are located in Lipa Noi, a quiet area in the west of Koh Samui. Restaurants and small shops are nearby and Lipa Noi has nice and sandy beaches which you can reach within a few minutes by bike. To Nathon it is just a 10 Minutes drive. The leveled ground in this area is ideal for long walks or bicycle rides. The house is surrounded by a very well kempt small garden.

You enter the house through sliding glass doors and find the open living-dining-kitchen area. This spacious and tastefully furnished room provides a couch and a small table. A ceiling fan generates a cooling breeze. At the right side is a sideboard, the flatscreen TV and a fridge. Further to the right is a kitchenette with a counter and a sink.

Opposite of the kitchenette is a dining place with a glass table and two chairs. Here you also find the bathroom with shower, washing basin and toilet. A back door gives access to the small rear terrace and garden.

To the left side of the living room is the bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, nightstand, and air conditioning. Through a glass door you have access to the front terrace with a glass table and two chairs.
