This small resort with just three bungalows is locaded in Laem Yai, north of Nathon on a headland in the very North-West of the island of Koh Samui. It is designed for long term rentals and the owner lives in the fourth bungalow.
The area is very quiet and from the bungalow you can walk to the beach in front of the resort in less than two minutes. At high tide the beach is good for swimming and all kinds of watersports. At low tide you have to walk a bit further out into the sea where the reef ends and the water is deep enough to swim. A vehicle is strongly recommended because it is a 10 minutes walk to the ring road where you can stop a Songthaeow or taxi. There are no bars, shops or restaurants close by, but heading towards Nathon you can reach nice beach restaurants within 5 minutes by bike.
Escalating a few steps you reach the roofed terrace in front of the house which is furnished with a table and four chairs and from where you can enjoy the sea view to the side and the sunset in the evening. Sliding glass doors give access to the spacious living room with a comfortable sofa, a table, a side board and a TV. A fan generates a cooling breeze when needed. The half open kitchen adjoins to the right. The kitchen provides only basic equipment like a sink, a counter with a stove, and a rack. Next to the entrance to the kitchen is the big fridge. To the left you find a big bathroom with a wash basin, a shower and a toilet. Next are two bedrooms each with a double bed, a fitted wardrobe, and air conditioning.

- Transfer up to max 4 people in 1 car 700,-THB per way
- Additional set of linen can be bought from owner at aprox. 1.000,-THB per set
