Natien Residence is located in a quiet area on the beach of Natien in the South of the island of Koh Samui. A shady alley leads through the resort to the beach which is mainly for sunbathing and walks on the beach, because a reef in front of the beach allows only shallow water even at high tide. To the next beach which is suitable for swimming it is just a few minutes by bike. In the near vicinity are small shops and restaurants offering Thai and Western dishes to match everybodys taste

A walkway leads through a front yard to the bottom of a stair, and escalating a few steps you reach the roofed terrace furnished with a table and chairs.

From here you enter the living area through a wooden door. The open living area is furnished with a couch, a side table, and a massive wooden multi-function table on which the TV is placed. A fan generates a cooling breeze. The adjoining open kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer combination, a sink, a small gas cooker, and pots and pans.

Next to the kitchen is the bathroom with a shower, a wash basin and a toilet.
To the right you find the bedroom with a double bed, a bedside table, a dressing table with a mirror, a wardrobe, air conditioning and a table with two chairs.
