House 'Mook 01' in Lamai - 1 bedroom

The Mook - Resort is located in a quiet area of Lamay on a foothill of the mountains in the East of the island of Koh Samui. The resort concepted for Koh Samui long term rentals consists of twelve 1 and 2 bedroom bungalows offering garden view. The bungalows are typical modern Thai houses constructed on stilts to create shade and allow the air to flow through. By bike you can reach the big Tesco shopping center and many restaurants and shops within a few minutes, the next beaches are just a few minutes more to go.

Escalating a stair in front of the house you reach the roofed terrace with a table and four chairs. Through a double winged wooden door you enter the living area furnished with a table, an L-shaped sofa, a side board with a flat screen Sat-TV and a fan.

The kitchen adjoins to the right. It provides basic equipment like an L-shaped counter, sink, stove (gas) and a fridge/freezer. Next to the kitchen is the bathroom with washing basin, shower and toilet.

The bedroom has nice massive wooden furniture as a double bed, a dressing table with a chair, a wardrobe, a bedside table and air conditioning.
The bungalow is airy and bright. Mosquito screens allow the air in but keep the insects out.

Mook Resort is designed for long term rentals (year or longer). In times when the bungalows are not rented out long term, they are also rented out from 2 month on at seasonal changing rates. Since this are “fill-ins” they are not bookable long in advance, only close to the check in date. The owner grants discounts only for longer periods of rental.

ALL LONG TERM RENTALS REQUIRE A DEPOSIT of 10.000,- THB.
