Maenam Villas with 1 or 2 bedrooms

Maenam Pool Villas is a small resort of 5 bungalows, embedded in a well kempt, tropical garden, and is located in the North of the island of Koh Samui near Maenam. The resort is about 40 meters off the ring road. There are some buildings between the road and the resort keeping the noise of the road off the bungalows. Right next to the resort is a water park with restaurants and shops, separated from the resort by a high wall. Under circumstances you may hear the music of one of the restaurants right on the other side of the wall during the afternoon. Small shops and restaurants are in the near vicinity and the nice and sandy beach at Na Pra Lan Temple is just 2 km away.

Each house offers a private swimming pool. There are 2 types of houses: 1 and 2 bedrooms. The lay out of the bungalows is identical, the interior may vary in details and the 2 bedroom bungalows have an additional 2nd bedroom.

The 1 bedroom bungalows have access from the pool terrace through sliding glass doors into the open kitchen dining-living area to the right. The kitchen is fully equipped for a holiday rental (pots and pans) and provides a counter with a sink, a small stove, a water boiler, a microwave and a hood. The dining table with two chairs adjoins the counter. To the right is the living area with a sofa, a fan, a side board and the TV. The bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe, a dressing table and an air conditioning as well as the modern bathroom with shower, wash basin and toilet are on the left side.

The 2 bedroom bungalows have access from the pool terrace through sliding glass doors into the kitchen-dining area in the middle and the living area on the left. The two bedrooms and the bathroom are to the right side. From bedroom one you also have direct access to the pool. The other bedroom is smaller and has a queen-size bed. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

A refundable deposit for damages of 5.000,-THB for weekly rental or 1 monthly rate for monthly rental has to be paid.

Note: 50 percent deposit required to secure the booking, at this resort.
