Koh Samui longterm rental house Sunny-02, as house 01, is located in a resort in a quiet area of Lamay. Small shops and restaurantsd are within a short walking distance. To the nice beach it is also just 15 minutes to walk. If walking is not really your thing, you can rent a bicycle and comfortably explore Lamay and the surrounding  area.

These modern thaistyle concrete buildings offer enough space even for longer stays. Within the same category, they vary a little regarding the layout of the floor plan and the furnishing.

Escalating a stair you reach the entrance door or have access to the house via a roofed, furnished terrace which each house features. A small, comfortably furnished living area with sofa, a table and Sat-TV, and the adjoining kitchen area with fridge/freezer, microwave, cooking plate and basic equipment welcomes you in bungalow type B.

Bungalow type A provides a separate kitchen and an additional dining area. All bungalows have a bathroom with shower, wash bassin and toilet, and two bedrooms with air conditioning, a double bed, bedside locker and wardrobe.

Included in the rental rate is the use of the communal pool and a car park at or near the bungalow as well as WiFi internet.
