This Thai style timber house lies in the very quiet area of Ban Taling Ngam on Koh Samui, embedded in a composition of 9 other houses and is surrounded by a small tastefully arranged garden. To the beach it is just 250 meters and small shops are just a few minutes away.
A terrace gives access to the lower level of the house. A large nicely decorated living room, with lounges, TV, and fans stretches along the whole front of the house. Through a wide corridor you find the 3rd bedroom to the left, with double bed and air conditioning and to the right a spacious bathroom. The corridor opens into the large dining-kitchen area with table, chairs, fridge, basic equipment and washing machine.
A roofed outside stair with a wide platform half ways up, furnished with a table and chairs the perfect place to enjoy a cool drink on a hot afternoon, leads to the upper floor. To the left is the tastefully furnished second living room with table, lounges, fan and TV from where you have access to two air conditioned bedrooms with double bed, wardrobe, dressing table and fan. The  bathroom and a good size breakfast kitchen with fridge and basic equipment adjoin this area. The layout of the house allows two parties to spend their holiday together but still have their privacy.
