The well kept house lies on a lush green hill in the Ban Makam area. The appealing and comfortably furnished Villa is located on a slope. From this very quiet place you have a fantastic view onto the offshore islands, the harbor of Nathon with its fishing boats and the often spectacular sunsets.

The house provides a spacious open living-dining area which is nicely furnished and equipped with fan, sat-TV and DVD-player. All 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with king size bed, 1 with single bed, have air-condition. One of the bedrooms has a balcony and offers a stunning view.

Additional there are two bathrooms, one with a glass shower cabin and one provides a bathtub/jacuzzi. Adjoining the small, well equipped kitchen is a small balcony. The furnished terrace, connecting the roofed terrace and the balcony, is the ideal place to grill, chill or enjoy the view with a nice cocktail.

The plot is fenced in, a gate secures the driveway to the private parking in front of the house.

Even thoug the house lies in a very quiet surrounding, it is convenient located to many shopping places and beaches.

ALL LONG TERM RENTALS REQUIRES A DEPOSIT OF 20,000 BAHT.

• Own vehicle is recommended
