SLC Villa Red in Tong Yang - 2 Bedrooms

This 2 Bedroom house is located in Thong Yang, a quiet area in the West of the island of Koh Samui. The house is right at a lake and from the terrace you have a very nice view far out over the lake and the wonderful landscape. Despite of the lake are not more mosquitos here than in other parts of the island because the fishes love to eat the larvae.

You can swim in the large communal pool or go to one of the nearby beaches which you can reach by bike within a few minutes. A restaurant and a German butchery are just across the street and small shops for your everyday needs are in the near vicinity.

Escalating three steps you reach the roofed front terrace with the entrance to the house. Through a glass door you enter the open plan living-dining-kitchen area with big sliding glass doors allowing an unobstructed view out onto the lake and far out over the gentle landscape.

To the very right is a small sitting area with a small table and a chair. The large, L – shaped sofa adjoins this cozy place. A table and a sideboard with the TV and a fan complete the furnishing of the living area.

The dining area offers a table and four chairs. The kitchen provides a stove, a water cooker, a fridge/freezer combination, a sink and pots and pans. Next to the kitchen is the small bedroom 1 with double bed, a wardrobe, a dressing table with a mirror and an air conditioning.

On the opposite side of the house are the bathroom which is accessible from all rooms with a shower, a wash basin and a toilet, and the large bedroom 2 offering a double bed as well as a single bed. On top of this you find a dressing table with a mirror, two bedside tables and a wardrobe in this room. Sliding glass doors give access to the lake terrace with a table and chairs and from the bed you have the full view out onto the lake and all the way to the distant mountains.
