This long term rental resort is located in Ban Lippa Yai, in a quiet area South of Nathon the capitol of the island of Koh Samui,
Surrounded by fields, yet only a few minutes by bike from Nathon with many shopping facilities, the bungalows are embedded in a lush, tropical garden not far from the beach.
There are bungalows for 3 (48.13 sqm) and for 4 people (62.6 sqm).The only difference between the two types is that one has a bedroom with a double bed and a 
bedroom with a single bed, while the other type has two bedrooms with double beds.
Right at the entrance is the communal pool. The bungalows line up to the right and left along a road in the middle of the resort which is separated from the access road by a gate.
Escalating 6 steps you reach the roofed terrace in front of the house which is equipped with a table and 3 chairs.
Through a double winged glass door you enter the house and come into the open plan living-kitchen area.The living area is furnished with a comfortable couch, a table, and a sideboard with a TV.A fridge/freezer combination and a counter adjoin this area, separating the living area from the kitchen.
The fully equipped kitchen provides an induction cooker, water cooker, microwave, sink, and pots and pans.
From the kitchen a back door leads to the roofed terrace behind the house where you can sit in the shade if the sun shines just too intensive onto the front terrace and you also find a laundry rack here to dry your towels and clothes.
On the right side of the house a door leads into the front bedroom featuring a double bed, a wardrobe, a dressing table with a mirror and an air conditioning.
In the bathroom which is accessible from all rooms you find a washbasin, a shower 
and a toilet.
The second bedroom is a bit smaller than the front bedroom and type A offers a single bed, a wardrobe, a dressing table with a mirror and an air conditioning. Type B has a double bed.

A refundable deposit for damages has to be paid: 5.000,-THB for a 1 to 3 month stay and 15.000,- THB for a longer stay.
