This spacious and comfortable Penthouse with sea view in Taling Ngam is located in a quiet housing area and offers an unobstructable view over the mountains and valleys to the sea. The concreted private residential road is easy to master even for unexperienced drivers. The house stretches over 2 floors and provides a large, roofed outside area, private pool, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 guest toilet room.
Through a small gate you access the large, roofed terrace which provides a big, round table, seven chairs, a watercooler and a fridge. To the right is the counter with bar stools that separates the open plan kitchen from the open living area. The kitchen provides a stove, a baking oven, a fridge/freezer combination, double bowl sink, cutlery for 6 
people, pots and pans and everything you need to prepare the meals for your family. From the kitchen a door leads to a roofed balcony with a Thai washing machine where you can also dry your laundry.
Passing the main entrance of the house, a small stair leads to the huge lower deck with a big sala, long chairs and the pool. You can enjoy the beautiful view over the tips of the palm trees, down the rolling hills and way out onto the sea from both terraces and most of the rooms.
Entering the house you come into the spacious, tastefully decorated living room, furnished with two sofas, a table and an arm chair. Opposite of the entrance you find a side board with a big TV. Two air conditionings cool this big room down during the
hot time of the day. To the right, separated by sliding glass doors, is the office room with a desk, an arm chair and of course air conditioning.
Next to the side board with the TV is the entrance to the small bedroom with single bed, table, a chair, and a sideboardr. To the right of this room lies the second bedroom with king size bed, table and arm chairs, wardrobe, and an en suite bathroom with shower and bath tub.
Under the stair that leads up to the upper floor you find a guest toilet with wash basin.
On the upper floor is the dressing area to the left with a fitted wardrobe and a chest of drawers. To the right lies the bathroom with a separate toilet room, shower and bath tub. Straight ahead you enter the spacious open plan living and sleeping room with a king size bed, desk, shelf units, ceiling fan, and air conditioning

- water is free of charge as long as the deep well produces enough water. If it falls dry water has to be ordered by trucks at the tenants expense
