This 2 bedroom house, offering plenty of space, is located in the South-West of the island of Koh Samui. Taling Ngam is a very quiet area which still remains fairly untouched by tourism. There are no bars or similar facilities in the neighborhood but a lot of untouched natural landscapes. To the next 7/11 it is a 10 minutes drive and 25 minutes to Lamai. The house has no neighbors to the sides and in front, can not be looked into, offers sea view in the distance and provides a lot of privacy.
Via a private driveway you come to the side of the house where you find two parking plots. A stair leads up to the large, partly roofed pool terrace from where you have an unobstructed view over the tips of the palm trees all the way to the sea.
To the left is a large outside kitchen with a counter and bar stools. It is equipped with a four burner gas stove, a hood, a double sink, a dishwasher, wall- and floor units, and a big fridge/freezer combination.
Through a double winged glass door you enter the living room which is furnished with a couch, a table, a sideboard and a TV and provides an air conditioning and a ceiling fan. A separate toilet room which is used as a storage room adjoins the living room
From the living room you reach the office room with a big desk and a comfortable arm chair and which also has an air conditioning and a separate toilet room with wash basin.
Next to the door to the office is the entrance to the master bedroom. Here you find a large double bed, a wardrobe a dressing table with a mirror and an air conditioning. A spacious en suite bathroom with shower, wash basin and toilet lies at the front end of the room.
Through a second double winged glass door in the living room you reach the roofed part of the pool terrace, furnished with a table and chairs. A fan generates a cooling breeze.
Behind this area is the entrance to the inside kitchen with a stove, a hood, a counter, a sink a fridge and a space ready to connect a washing machine. A sitting area with a sofa, a table and a ceiling fan adjoins the kitchen.
Next to the sofa you find the bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe and an air conditioning. There is also an en suite bathroom with shower, wash basin and toilet.
This part of the building can be used like a self–contained unit which is independent from the rest of the house and leaves a lot of privacy for your guest.
