The Koh Samui long term rental house - Nick Nan 05This nice and spacious Koh Samui long term Rental house - Nick Nan 05 with two bedrooms stretches over two floors, and is located in a quiet area called Lipa Noi, in the West of the island Koh Samui. It is not far from Raja Ferry port and close to a beautiful and sandy beach. Several roofed terraces and a sala in front of the house allow you to stay outside and in the shade during the hot time of the day. The house is embedded in a nice, tropical garden and the owners are very friendly and assisting. Small local shops and restaurants are in the near vicinity.

Passing  the sala in front of the house providing a table and two benches, and escalating four steps of a stair you reach the front terrace. To the right is the roofed View to the bedroom 1 with terracecar park and a separate entrance to the living room. From the terrace you enter the house through sliding glass doors and come into the open plan living – dining room. It is furnished with a two seater sofa with a stool, and provides a big table with four comfortable chairs, plus a comfortable easy chair to snuggle in. On a side board at the right side of the room sits the Flatscreen-TV. Two ceiling fans and a big fan on the floor generate a cooling breeze when needed. To the right side of the room are the stairs coming up from the separate entrance from the roofed car park and leading up to the first floor.

Through a doorway at the end of the room, to the right you have access to the Living areaspacious, well equipped kitchen, with a counter, sink, two burner gas stove, hood, rice cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer combination, two shelves and floor units with drawers. Through a door on the left side you can enter the roofed terrace behind the house where you find the washing machine.

Straight ahead from the living area lies the bathroom with a wash basin, a shower and a toilet. To the very left side is a door leading to the roofed terrace at the side of the house.

Between the bathroom and the door to the roofed terrace, is another door that gives access to the bedroom with a king size bed, a bedside table, a bench, a wardrobe, air Kitchenconditioning and a roofed balcony.

The upper floor hosts a spacious bedroom with a king size bed with a bedside table, a wardrobe, a dresser, air conditioning and an en suite bathroom with a wash basin, a bath tub and a toilet.
