This modern Thai style house is located in Namuang, in the south- West of the island Koh Samui. In a quiet housing area is a small development with just 8 houses which are all possessed by one Thai owner. All houses have simple equipment, are very spacious and have the same well-thought–out layout. To the road 4173 it is about 1 km and to Nathon and Lamai you drive about 25 minutes. To the next 7/11 with a small local market it is about 8 minutes.
From the access road which runs through the development you come to the house via a small ramp. The house rests on high stilts so that you can park your car under the house or at the side of it. Escalating a stair you reach the roofed terrace in front of the house. Through a double winged wooden door you enter the spacious living room, furnished with a sofa, two arm chairs, a table and a sideboard with a TV.
On the left side of the room you find the smaller bedroom with a king size bed, a wardrobe and an air conditioning. A bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin is between the two bedrooms and is accessible from all rooms.
The second bedroom has a king size bed, a wardrobe, a dresser with a mirror and a stool, and an air conditioning. Additionally this bed room offers an en suite bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a wash basin.
Opposite of the entrance you find the kitchen with a sink, a fridge, a microwave, a counter and a table with two chairs. From the kitchen you have access to the big, roofed terrace in back of the house. A stair, secured with a lattice door, leads down to the ground floor.
The whole area under the house can be used as an open air living room and has enough headroom that even tall people do not have a problem. There you also find electric outlets, lamps and water taps. An extra room with a door and windows can be used as a storage room

Upon check in 2 monthly rental rates have to be deposited for damages and as security for the rent plus an additional 1 rental rate as payment for the first month

Electric and water by meter reading at government rate. The bill has to be paid to the supplier. You have to order the internet by yourself and also pay for what you order.
