This two story house is located in Namuang in a quiet area in the South-West of Koh 
Samui. The house is about 3 km off the ring road and has access by a public road. To Nathon it is about 20 minutes and to Lamai about 25 min by car. In the surrounding are a few houses but there is still a lot of unspoilt nature, rubber plantations and a school for vocational education.
The plot has a size of about 150sqw ~ 600sqm and is separated from the road by a wall and a gate. The house has a size of about 55sqm per floor. In front of the house is a small, roofed and tiled terrace. You enter the house through a timber double wing door into the living room which is furnished with a table and a sofa. Through a door at the back of this room you enter the central hall that hosts the open plan kitchen and gives access to all rooms.
The kitchen is equipped with a double bowl sink, a microwave, a water cooker, a 
counter and a fridge/freezer combination. The dining area features a table and four chairs. On the left side of the kitchen is a bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin, and the back door. To the left you find a room of the same size as the living room. It is used as a bedroom with a double mattress, has a TV and an air conditioning.
Between this room and the bathroom, a stair decorated with carvings, leads up to the upper floor. At the top of the stair is a large open area from where you have access to two rooms of equal size and a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing basin.
The front bedroom has a single mattress and no air conditioning.
The rear bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a dresser with a mirror, a 
wardrobe, a TV and an air conditioning.
All floors tiled, timber doors and windows.
