Spacious 2 +1 bedroom house in Maenam for long term and holiday rental
This 2 and a half bedroom house is located in Maenam in the North of the island, about 650 meters off the main road. Maenam has many shops and restaurants. To the beach it is just a 10 minute drive.
The plot is separated by a sliding gate from the quiet access road and there is a parking plot in front of the house. Through sliding glass doors you enter the house and come into the very spacious living – dining area which is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a side board, TV, open shelf, wardrobe, and a dining table with four chairs.
To the right lays the roofed outside area with a table and two chairs. Straight ahead you come to a bathroom with shower, wash basin and Toilet which is accessible from all rooms. Next is the inside kitchen with sink, two burner gas stove, baking oven, fridge, microwave, water cooker, counter and wall - and floor units.
The large, roofed outside kitchen with sink, counter and floor units adjoins the kitchen.
Opposite of the bathroom is another, small room, which can be used as an office 
room or as a single bedroom.
To the left side of the living room escalating two steps you reach an elevated area with a chest of drawers and the entrance to the master bedroom with double bed, bedside table, fitted wardrobe, air conditioning, and a big en suite bathroom with shower, wash basin and toilet.
Opposite of the master bedroom is the second bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table and air conditioning.
