The Koh Samui long term rental house Lamai 09The resort is located near the well-known Grandmother/Grandfather rock near Lamai, in the East of Koh Samui. The resort consists of about 20 bungalows which are individually shaped and spread over the hilly ground of the resort. All houses have at least one TV. The furnishing / equipment can vary from house to house and the pictures show just an example. Furniture missing on the pictures (for example in a living room) will be completed before your arrival. There is a big communal pool. The beach, restaurants and small shops like 7/11 are within a few minutes to walk.

This house is located nearly at the upper end of the resort, is embedded between large rocks and surrounded by tropical plants. It consists of two levels and provides a very nice sea view, which you can enjoy from the kitchen-dining area, the balcony and living room as well as from the front bedroom.Sea view

A short stair leads up to the lower level which hosts a spacious kitchen-dining area. The kitchen features a counter, a sink, a two burner gas stove, a baking oven, a fridge/freezer combination and pots and pans. The dining area is furnished with a table and two chairs. While you enjoy your meal you can also enjoy the sea view. An oscillating fan mounted to the wall generates a cooling breeze and checker bricks with mosquito screens allow air to flow though this whole area.

Further up the stair you reach the roofed terrace furnished with a comfortable sofa and offering an unobstructed sea view. Through sliding glass doors you enter the living area with a comfortable L-shaped sofa, a table, a side board with a TV on top and a fridge.Living room

To the left you come into the front bedroom featuring a king size bed, an air conditioning and sea view. Straight ahead is a high step. From this level you enter the second bedroom with a king size bed, a wardrobe, a chair and an air conditioning.
Opposite of the entrance of the second bedroom is the spacious bathroom with a shower, a wash basin and a toilet. In a niche grow tropical plans which gives this bathroom a very special touch.

A deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking. If you have to cancel because of extraordinary circumstances (disease, unforeseeable incident) the deposit can be partially refunded. The final decision about a refund lies alone in the discretion of the owner.

For bookings of up to 3 month the total of the rent must be booked on the account of the owner latest 30 days prior to your arrival.Kitchen

A refundable deposit for damages has to be paid: 5.000,-THB.

Long term rentals: upon your arrival there is 1 set of bed ware, but no towels provided.

The first payment is 2 monthly rental rates, + the refundable deposit for damages. 1x for the current rent and 1x for rental deposit.

For rentals of more than 3 month and if the rent is paid in full in advance a discount will be granted. (Exact amount has to be negotiated)
