The resort is located near the well-known Grandmother/Grandfather rock near Lamai, in the East of Koh Samui. The resort consists of about 20 bungalows which are individually shaped and spread over the hilly ground of the resort. All houses have at least one TV. The furnishing / equipment can vary from house to house and the pictures show just an example. Furniture missing on the pictures (for example in a living room) will be completed before your arrival. There is a big communal pool. The beach, restaurants and small shops like 7/11 are within a few minutes to walk.
These bungalows are near the communal pool.
Through the entrance door you come into a small corridor. The open plan kitchen lies to the left and provides a two burner gas stove, a double bowl sink, a toaster, a water cooker, a fridge/freezer combination, a counter and pots and pans. 
The bathroom with shower, wash basin and toilet adjoins the kitchen. To the right are the two bedrooms, each with a king size bed, a wardrobe and air conditioning. One also has an armchair.
Straight ahead you come into the living room with a TV, 3 armchairs and an oscillating fan on the wall. From the living room you have access to the roofed terrace behind the house with a table and a two seater bench. From there you have a nice view onto palm trees and bushes.

A deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking. If you have to cancel because of extraordinary circumstances (disease, unforeseeable incident) the deposit can be partially refunded. The final decision about a refund lies alone in the discretion of the owner.
For bookings of up to 3 month the total of the rent must be booked on the account of the owner latest 30 days prior to your arrival.
A refundable deposit for damages has to be paid: 5.000,-THB.
The rental includes;

Additional costs are;
- Electric 7,- THB per unit, meeter reading
- Water 30,- THB per unit
- Gas - for cookin
- House cleaning: The house is cleaned upon your arrival. Every following cleaning upon request and at 500,-THB.
- Samui airport transfers can be arranged
- car or motorbike rental can be arranged
