This 2 bedroom town house with 3 bathrooms is located in a quiet side road near the Makro market in Chaweng, in the North of the island Koh Samui. It is the middle unit of a townhouse of altogether 5 units. The house is designed only for long term rentals.
Through a gate you reach a small, partly roofed vestibule and the roofed car park. You enter the open plan kitchen-living-dining are with air conditioning through a double winged glass door. The living area is furnished with an L shaped sofa, and a small glass table. A niche hosts a shelf with the TV.
The dining table with six chairs adjoins the living area.
The kitchen provides wall and floor units, a counter, sink, microwave, induction cooker and a fridge/freezer combination. From the kitchen a door leads into the bathroom with a shower, wash basin and toilet. Through a glass door you can access the small walled in terrace behind the house.
From the living area a stair leads up to the upper floor and under the stair is a pretty spacious storage room.
On the upper floor you reach a landing and to the left you come into a bedroom with a queen size bed, a fitted wardrobe, a shelf with a TV, bedside table and an air conditioning. Through a glass door you can enter a small balcony. The bedroom also provides an en suite bathroom with a shower, a wash basin and a toilet.
To the right is the second bedroom with a king size bed, fitted wardrobe, a shelf with
a TV, bedside table and an air conditioning. Through a glass door you can access a small balcony from which you have a nice view onto the opposing houses and lush plants. The bedroom also provides an en suite bathroom with a wash basin, shower and a toilet.

For long term rentals from 7 month on the tenant must bring his own linen and towels.
