This spacious open plan villa facing the marine park and sunset is located in the hills of Bang Por in the north-west of Koh Samui. The villa has an open plan living-dining-kitchen area, a mezzanine lounge and 2 huge bedrooms, both with en suite bathroom. Terraces and a huge pool invite to relax outside.
The villa was designed and built by the Owners in 2005 with an open plan layout. Each room has an aspect towards the Gulf of Thailand and looks out over coconut groves in the valley down to the sea - the villa has spectacular views of the sunset - different colours every day.
You enter the Villa through a wooden, double winged door and are in the open living-dining-kitchen area from where you have a stunning sea view.
To the right are the fully equipped kitchen and the dining table with 6 chairs. Here you also find the extra toilet room and the entrance to bedroom 2. It is furnished with a double bed, fitted wardrobe in the dressing area and an en suite bathroom with washing basin, shower and toilet. Glass doors give access to the pool and a roofed terrace with chairs and a table.
To the left is the large living area with a huge sofa, smaller sofa, armchairs and 
tables. From here a stair winds up along the wall and leads to the spacious mezzanine lounge with sofas and a big TV. Through glass doors you can reach the balcony.
From the living area you also have access to bedroom 1, with double bed, dressing area with fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with washing basin, shower and toilet. Glass doors on two sides of the room open towards the pool and the sala.
The pool deck with a large infinity pool, jacuzzi and sala invites to relax in the shade or sip on a cool drink while you enjoy the spectacular sunsets. A stair leads down to the lower, roofed terrace with an adjoining utilityroom and a toilet.
The villa can accommodate 4 persons in 2 huge double bedrooms each with en suite 
bathroom. Guest have access to the villa, pool, terraces, utility room and garden areas. No access to pool pump room.
The house sits in a beautiful, quiet residential village, mature private estate with acres of natural jungle with native birds, butterflies, geckos and tastefully built villas. Each villa is located in its own grounds with tropical gardens. The village is close to Bang Por beach with its local restaurants and small bars; relatively undeveloped coastline in north Samui. The guest books in the villas give recommendations for restaurants and beach locations and the service team is always happy to help to advise you.
