Koh Samui long term rental - House Bang Makham 03. This spacious and comfortable Villa with four bedrooms is located in the North – West of the island Koh Samui, embedded in a well kempt garden and embraced by a surrounding wall. On two floors the house provides a private pool, a sala, a big open plan living – dining - kitchen area and four bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms. To the beach it is just 2 minute to walk and in the near vicinity are several small restaurants right on the beach, serving Thai and Western dishes. To Nathon the capitol of the island offering many shopping facilities and restaurants, it is only 5 – 8 minutes to drive.

Entering the property through a double winged portal a ramp leads up to the pool deck. Next to the ramp to the left side is the roofed car park. To the right lies the big sala and the infinity pool, embraced by the terrace and the large partly roofed balcony. The sea view will immediately catch your eye.

Through sliding glass doors you enter the open plan living – dining- kitchen area. The living area is furnished with a three seater sofa, an armchair, a table, a side board and a TV. The dining area features a big table with five chairs. The adjoining kitchen provides a sink, glass ceramic cook top, baking oven, microwave, water cooker, pots and pans, fridge/freezer combination, floor units, wall units, and hood. This whole area is air conditioned.

To the right of the kitchen you have access to a bathroom with wash basin, shower and toilet. This is the walk through/en suite bathroom of the first bedroom in the right wing of the villa. From this bathroom you can enter the bedroom with a king size bed, a fitted wardrobe, bedside table and air conditioning.  On the right side of the room is a door that leads into the second walk through/en suite bath room with wash basin, bath tub and toilet. From here you have access to the front bedroom with windows at two sides and sea view. The bedroom has a king size bed, bedside table, a fitted wardrobe, a dresser with a mirror and chair, and of course air conditioning.

In the left wing of the villa adjoining the living – dining – kitchen area you find the third bedroom on the pool deck level. It has a king size  bed, a fitted wardrobe, a dresser with a mirror and a chair, air conditioning and an en suite bathroom with wash basin, bath tub and toilet. Through big, sliding glass doors all rooms on this floor have access to the pool deck and the balcony, furnished with two benches and chairs. Except the first bedroom in the right wing all rooms have sea view.

At the end of the balcony of the right wing, a spiral staircase leads down to the lower floor and into the garden. The fourth bedroom has sliding glass doors at two sides, is equipped as the other bedrooms but has no dresser, but a bath tub in the en suite bathroom.
