This new Koh Samui long term rental house is located in Ban Tai, a quiet residential area in the North of Koh Samui, at the end of a service road. You can reach small shops and a 7/11 within a few minute and to Maenam with many restaurants, shops an a nice beach you have to drive for about 10 minute.
Through a gate you reach the roofed carpark. From there a stone path along the house leads to the entrance of the house. A sliding glass door gives access to the very bright, open plan living – dining- kitchen area.
In the living area you find a sofa and a side board with a TV on top. The dining area is furnished with a table and four chairs.
The kitchen is equipped with a counter with a floor unit, a sink, a fridge, a microwave, a stove, a water cooker and a drainer.
The two bedrooms are to the left and right of the living area. Both have air conditioning and provide a king size bed, wardrobe and a dresser. One bedroom has an additional chest of drawers.
The 2 bathrooms, one en suite, are tastefully tiled and have a wash basin, a shower and toilet.
From one of the bedrooms and the living area you have a nice view into the garden and the surrounding nature.

A refundable deposit of one monthly rental rate for damages has to be paid.

Not included in the rental rate:
- electric PEA rate - meeter reading
- cleaning and linnen change
- Transfer from the airport or ferry pier
