This beautiful Koh Samui long term rental home, Villa Baan Tai 05 with three bedrooms and three en suite bathrooms is located in a quiet housing area in Ban Tai in the North of the island. It stretches over two floors and a high surrounding wall provides a lot of privacy on the terrace and at the private pool. You can walk to the beach within 3 minute and in the near vicinity are several small restaurants and small shops where you can do your daily shopping.

From the parking plot you enter the property through a double winged, wooden door decorated with beautiful carvings. To your right you find the private pool with sun chairs and a parasol. In front of the house a glass table with a parasol and chairs invite you to sit down, have a cool drink and relax in the shade. Through big, sliding glass doors you come into the open plan living – dining – kitchen area.

In the tastefully decorated living area you find a big, comfortable sofa, two stools, a table, a long chair, a side board an a big TV mounted to the wall.
On the opposite side of the room is the open plan kitchen with wall and floor units, counter with three bar stools, sink, three burner gas stove, hood, fridge/freezer combination, backing oven, coffee machine, toaster, water cooker, cutlery and ceiling fan. A small settee arrangement with two armchairs and a glass table adjoins the counter.

A wide arch with sliding wooden doors separates the living area from the bedroom which features a double bed, a fitted wardrobe, a dresser with a big mirror, a sofa, a TV, a ceiling fan, bedside tables with lamps, and a very spacious en Suite bathroom with shower, wash basin toilet and a huge bathtub. Through sliding glass doors you have access to a small terrace at the side of the house with two chairs, a glass table and a little pond.

Escalating a roofed stair you reach the upper floor. From a small vestibule you come into a bedroom pointing towards the pool area. It is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, a fitted wardrobe with a mini fridge, ceiling fan, a sideboard with a mirror and a sideboard with a TV. To the right side of the room you find the en suite bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a wash basin. Big windows allow the light to flood through the room and sliding glass doors give access to the balcony with a small table, a stool and an armchair from which you can enjoy the view onto the pool.

On the opposite side of the vestibule you come into the second bedroom on this level. It also offers a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe, sofa, a dresser with a big mirror, and a sideboard with TV and mini fridge. This bedroom also has an en suite bathroom with a shower, wash basin and toilet.

All rooms provide a lot of space and comfort and can individually tempered by a central air conditioning system

• All rooms are connected to a central air conditioner and can be tempered individually.
• Car park in front of the entrance door to the property.

Rental Rates for the Koh Samui long term rental house Baan Tai 05:

Minimum stay is 1 month.

No rentals of more than 3 month available.

A refundable deposit of 300,- Euro, GBP or USD for damages has to be paid.

The rental includes;

• electric 8 THB unit - meeter reading
