This Thai style bungalow is located in Ban Thai, in the North of the island Koh Samui in a quiet residential area near the beach. The beach is in walking distance and to the next 7/11 it is also just a few minute to walk. To Maenam with many shopping facilities it is about 8 minutes by bike.
Escalating a small stair in front of the bungalow you reach the roofed terrace with a table and three chairs. Through a double winged door you enter the open plan living-dining-kitchen area. To the left is a table with four chairs adjoined by the kitchen with a gas stove, sink, counter, microwave, coffee machine, fridge/freezer combination, wall and floor units and pots and pans. Next is the bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet which is accessible from the dining area.
Opposite of the entrance is the living area with a wooden sofa, a table with with two chairs, fan and TV (local Thai TV)
To the right you find the two bedrooms. The one to the front has a double bed, a wardrobe, a dressing table with a mirror and a stool, and an air conditioning.
The bedroom to the back has a double bed, a wardrobe, an air conditioning and an en suite bathroom with a shower and a toilet.

A refundable deposit for damages has to be paid: One monthly rate

- Electric 6,- THB per unit, meter reading
- Internet 800,- THB per month( for rentals from 4 month up)
- Cleaning/change of linen upon request 1x500,-THB( for rentals from 4 month up)
- Samui airport transfers 500,- THB
- Transfer to the ferry 700,- THB
- car or motorbike rental can be arranged
