This nice 4 bedroom villa is located on a slight slope in the North - West of Koh Samui in a very quiet housing area and beside the view onto palm trees it also offers sea view. Due to the location on a slope the pool is on a lower level embedded in the garden. The house is accessible by two roads. It is about 5 minutes to drive to the ring road where you have many restaurants and access to the beach. To Nathon with many shopping facilities it is only 10 minutes by car.
If you use the upper road you reach the roofed car park beside the house. Entering the house the half open kitchen lies to your left. The kitchen is equipped with a 4 burner gas stove, a sink, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee machine, counter, fridge/freezer combination, floor and wall units and pots and pans.
A wall breakthrough opens the kitchen to the adjoining dining area with a table and six chairs. Next you find the living area furnished with a sofa, a table and a side board with a TV on top. The living - dining area also has air conditioning.
On the right side of the room are two bedrooms, each with a king size bed, a wardrobe and air conditioning. Both share a bathroom with a wash basin, bath tub and toilet which is located between the bedrooms and is accessible from the living area. In the bedroom to the front, a big sliding glass door gives access to the spacious, roofed terrace.
There you find a couch with a glass table and arm chairs, as well as a wooden table with four chairs. From the terrace you have a nice view onto the garden and the pool as well as you can enjoy the view over the palm trees and far out onto the sea.
To the left side of the room is a bedroom with a single bed, fitted wardrobe and air conditioning. To the front lies the master bedroom with a king size bed, fitted wardrobe, air conditioning and an en suite bathroom with shower, wash basin and toilet. As from the other bedroom to the front you have access to the terrace through a big sliding glass door.
At the side of the building a path leads down along the employee housing under the house. Going down a stair you access the garden and the pool area.
