This long term rental Villa is located in Choeng Mon, in the North of the island of Koh Samui. It is embedded in a quiet housing area, in a small resort of just 5 houses. One of the nicest beaches of the island, which allows swimming even at low tide, is in just 10-15 walking distance. Many small restaurant and shops are nearby and Chaweng with big supermarkets and lots of activities for tourists is only a 15 minutes drive away.

The resort is surrounded by a wall and through a gate you reach the parking plot inside. From there you have access to the houses, the well kempt garden and the huge 20 meter long communal pool with long chairs.

Across a spacious, roofed terrace furnished with a table and chairs you come to the front door of the house. Through sliding glass doors you enter the open plan ground floor. The living area offers a couch, armchairs, a table, ceiling fan, TV with cable TV and DVD player. A bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet and the dining area with a table and 6 chairs adjoins the living area. Next to this is the large kitchen, equipped with a gas stove, fridge/freezer combination, sink and counter.

Escalating a wooden stair under which you find a big storage area you reach the upper floor. On this floor is a bathroom with a bath tub, wash basin, and toilet. To the right and left of the bathroom are the three bedrooms. All bedrooms have a double bed, a wardrobe, a dressing table and air conditioning as well as access to a balcony and garden view. All windows have mosquito screens to grant an undisturbed sleep at night.

You have fast WiFi internet everywhere in the house and at the pool.

A refundable deposit for damages of 10.000,-THB has to be paid on arrival. (Refund on check out)
30% of the total has to be paid to secure the booking. The remaining balance can be paid upon check in.

The rental includes:

For the peak season:

• Change of linnen - once per week
• Electric - up to 35 units per day includet, more usage is 6,- THB per unit, meter reading

Not includet are:

• Water - is 200,- THB, per month, per person
• Electric - 7,- THB per unit, meter reading
• Wifi ADSL Internet in- and outside - is 500,- THB per month
