This resort with 16 units is located on a hill in Chaweng near the city limits to Bophut, in the North-West of the island of Koh Samui. The resort is child friendly and grants a save and quiet environment for families. To big shops like Macro and Tesco Lotus it is just a few minutes by bike, to the Central Festival shopping center it is 10 minutes and to the beach it is about 15 minutes to drive.
The difference between the standard and deluxe units is just the size and small variations in the furnishing. For instance the deluxe units have a leather sofa. You access the apartments on the upper floor via an outside stair.
After entering the apartment you are in the open plan living-dining-kitchen area. First is the dining area with a table and four chairs. The living area with a table, a sofa and 
a sideboard with a TV adjoins the dining area. An air condition grants convenient temperatures during the hot time of the day. The kitchen is equipped with a two burner gas stove, a microwave, a water cooker, a sink, a fridge/freezer combination, pots and pans, and wall- and floor units.
The bathroom which provides a shower, a wash basin and a toilet and is accessible from all rooms, adjoins the kitchen. A washing machine can be installed upon request. Both bedrooms are identically furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a dressing table with a mirror and a stool and have an air conditioning. One bedroom additionally has a balcony with a small laundry rack.

A refundable deposit for damages: 20.000,-THB or 500,- Euro/USD has to be paid at check in.
Upon your arrival the manager will go through a check list with you to document the condition of the apartment on your arrival. This list is relevant to get your deposit for damages back when you check out again.
