This new and very modern house is located in a quiet development in the hills above Chaweng in the West of the island of Koh Samui, near the well-known Bangkok Samui Hospital. Within a few minutes you reach restaurants, shops and all that Chaweng has to offer. To the beach it is about 10 minutes by car. The access road is not too steep so that even unexperienced drivers can easily come up to the house.
Type A - 2 bedroom bungalow:
Just like house type A this house has a roofed carpark in front of the house with a roof terrace on top of it.Alongside the house is a walkway which leads to the pool terrace or you can enter the house at the side through sliding glass doors.
The pool terrace is furnished with a table and two chairs. Beside the private pool there is a bath tub under the roofed area.
Through sliding glass doors you enter the living area which features a couch, a table, two armchairs and air conditioning. To the left at the wall is a sideboard with a TV and there also is the entrance of the bedroom 1 with a double bed, bedside tables, an open sideboard and air conditioning.
Next to the door is a small office table with an office chair and to the right is the bathroom, located between the two bedrooms, with shower, wash basin and toilet.
The second bedroom also has a double bed, a bedside table, air conditioning, but additionally has a wardrobe and a shelf.
In front of bedroom 2 is the dining area with 6 chairs. At the wall opposite of the bathroom is a wardrobe. The kitchen is located at the front wall and provides wall- and floor units, a glass-ceramic cook top panel, hood, microwave, water cooker, coffee machine, toaster, rice cooker, a sink and fridge/freezer combination.

Type A - 2 bedroom bungalow:
Coming down the access road of the development you have a roofed car park in front of the house with an elevated terrace on top of the roof from where you have a fantastic view. A walkway alongside the house gives access onto the pool deck or through sliding glass doors into the bedroom area. There you find a double bed, bedside tables, a sideboard, a lamp attached to the wall behind the bed, a mirror, and a curtain around the bed to separate this area from the rest of the room.
Next to the sleeping area is the bathroom which is surrounded by a translucent glass wall and has a shower, a wash basin and a toilet. Opposite of the bathroom is the kitchen with a sink, a coffee machine, a water cooker, toaster, a stove (glass ceramic cook top), a hood, fridge, counter, and wall and floor cupboards.
Next to the kitchen is the office area with a table and an arm chair and the adjoining dining area with a table and four chairs. The living area is furnished with two sofas, a glass table a side board and TV. The whole floor can be cooled with an air conditioning.
Through sliding glass doors you have access to the pool deck with a table, three chairs, a sun chair and the private pool, which because of a hedge is not accessible to public view.
From this area a spiral stair leads down in the garden and to the second bedroom. Here you find a double bed, a bedside table, a wardrobe, air conditioning, a bath tub and an open shower with integrated rocks. A bathroom with a wash basin and a toilet completes this floor.

A refundable deposit for damages has to be paid: 2 monthly rates. If the rent is paid for 6 month in advance 1 month rate for deposit for damages.
1 monthly rate has to be paid to secure the booking.
The rental includes:
