Koh Samui Long Term Rental House 'Bikers Place'

This small resort is located in Laem Set, a quiet area in the South of the island of Koh Samui. This is one of the relatively unspoiled areas of the island which hosts some exclusive places like the Kamalaya. There are no shops or restaurants in the near vicinity. The three bungalows share a walled in garden with the owner’s house, who is fond of motor bikes, and a building for the staff.

Behind this building is the private bar of the owner for his guests and friends that is used only occasionally. The owner has several big dogs which are friendly to people, but you may not bring pets into their territory. The three bungalows are identical, clean, the staff is friendly and all furniture is made of bamboo. To the beach it is just 100 meters to walk.

Biker’s Place 

Escalating a few steps at the side of the bungalow you reach the roofed terrace in front of the house. It is furnished with a table and four chairs. You enter the house through sliding glass doors where you find the open living-dining-kitchen area. The living area provides a sofa, a table and a side board with a TV. A fan generates a cooling breeze during the hot time of the day. Next is the dining place with a table and four chairs. An open shelf separates the dining place from the kitchen. 

The kitchen features a sink, a fridge/freezer, a water cooker, a gas stove (2 burners) and pots and pans. Between the two bedrooms lies the bathroom with wash basin, shower and toilet. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe and has air conditioning. The master bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe, air conditioning and its own en suite bathroom with wash basin, shower and toilet.
