This 1 bedroom apartment is located in a child friendly resort in a very quiet area in Bophut, in the North of the island of Koh Samui. The Big C shopping center and other smaller shops are within walking distance. To Chaweng with all kinds of facilities and entertainment for tourists it is just a few minutes by car

The apartment is located on the lower floor of a two story house. Via a small, roofed terrace you enter the open plan living- dining- kitchen area through a door with mosquito screens.
The living area is furnished with a two seater sofa, a sideboard, a TV set and a table with two chairs. The kitchen provides a fridge, a counter with floor units, a sink, a gas stove with one burner, a water cooker and pots and pans.

The spacious bedroom has a double bed, a bedside table, a dresser, two chairs, a wardrobe and an air conditioning.

The batroom with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin adjoins the bedroom.
Because of big window areas along each side the rooms are bright and airy

Each tenant individually organised his internet and the TV reception for himself. This is one of the reasons why we recomment this place for a minimum rental period of 6 month. There is a small garden surrounding the house. To the beach it is about 3-4 km. Outside of the house is a place to connect a washing machine.
