View to the Koh Samui long term rental house The Koh Samui long term rental - house Namuang 09 is located in Namuang near the Wat Khunaram with the famous mummified monk, in the West of Koh Samui, in a quiet housing area at the end of an access road. Namuang is not a tourist area and has no loud bars or entertainment facilities.

There are several small restaurants in the near vicinity and to Hua Thanon with shops, restaurants and a big local Muslim market with a lot of fresh sea food and vegetables it is just a 5 minute drive. There you also have the nearest beach. The plot is walled in but not secured with a gate. The house is L-shaped and provides two bedrooms with the open plan living – dining - kitchen area in between, all connected by internal doors.

Entrance to the living roomYou enter the house through big, sliding, glass doors and come into the open plan living – dining – kitchen area. To the left is the kitchen with a cooking island. It has a lot of space on top for the preparation of your food and provides a ceramic cooker and storage room underneath to keep all the pots and pans, crockery and dinner ware. At the wall is a counter with the sink, the microwave, the water cooker, the toaster and the fridge/freezer combination.

The dining area is next to the kitchen and is furnished with a table and six chairs. A ceiling fan cools this place if needed. Two brick-built shelves fitted under the big windows complete the furnishing of this area.

The living area to the right features three brick built sofas with comfortable cushioning Dining - living area and separate toiletand a big, low table. Furthermore you find a wall mounted TV for your entertainment and a ceiling fan to keep you cool. A separate toilet room can be used by you or your guest without having to enter one of the bedrooms.

The smaller bedroom adjoins this area and is furnished with a king size bed, a fitted, mirrored wardrobe and a tastefully decorated shelve as well as a wall mounted TV. You also find an en suite bathroom with shower, wash basin and toilet in this bedroom. Big, sliding glass doors give access to the roofed terrace and the pool in front of the bedroom. Blinds on all doors protect your privacy and keep the light out in the morning.

Dining areaAt the other end of the house is the master bedroom with a king size bed, a fitted mirrored wardrobe, a wall mounted TV an air conditioning, an open bathroom with shower and wash basin and a separate toilet room with a door. Through the big, sliding glass doors with blinds you have access to the roofed terrace with a table, three chairs and two comfortable sunbeds. The big pool invites to take a refreshing dip.

From all rooms and the pool you can enjoy the view onto the garden. The surrounding wall provides privacy and adds to your security. The roofed car park makes this house a perfect place for a long stay.
