The Koh Samui long term rental - house Maenam 06 is a modern and spacious 2 bedroom house is located in Maenam, in a quiet housing area on a walled in terrain, in the North of Koh Samui. Within a 5 minute drive you can reach shops, a big local market, and restaurants. The neighboring plots within the wall are empty so that you have no direct neighbors.
From the access road you reach the roofed car park. A door at the left side leads via flagstones across a little pond with plants and fishes to a stair leading up to the pool deck. Opposite of entrance to the garden is the utility room and to the right escalating the small stair you reach the pool deck. Passing the bedroom 1 at your left side you walk alongside the pool and the sala with a bench and two armchairs and come to the 
entrance of the house. Through big sliding glass doors you access the open plan living – dining – kitchen area with a central air conditioning unit in the high, wood paneled ceiling.
To the left of the entrance is the living area furnished with a comfortable sofa with ottoman, a table and a sideboard with the TV and a fan. Further to the left is the door to the bedroom 1 with a king size bed, a wardrobe, a dresser with mirror and stool, 2 bedside tables, an air conditioning, and an en suite bathroom with wash basin, shower, bath tub, toilet.
Opposite of the entrance and to the left side of the kitchen is the half bath with a toilet 
and a wash basin.
To the right of the entrance lies the kitchen with a 2 burner gas stove, a baking oven, a microwave, a fridge/freezer combination, a hood, a dish washer, a sink, a toaster, a water cooker, a blender, floor and wall units, a counter with 2 bar stools, pots and pans, and cutlery. You find everything you need to prepare a several course meal if you like to cook.
The kitchen is adjoined by the dining area featuring a table, five chairs, a chest of drawers and a lamp. Further to the right is the door to bedroom 2 with a king size 
bed, a wardrobe, a dresser with a stool, 2 bedside tables, an air conditioning, and an en suite bathroom with a wash basin, a shower, a bath tub, and a toilet.
All rooms except the bathrooms have access to the pool deck through sliding glass doors.
