This modern, Koh Samui long term rental - house Lamai 15, Thai style, 3 bedroom house is located in a very quiet resort with a big communal pool in the West of Koh Samui. It is near the well-known Grandmother- Grandfather Rock and many restaurants and shops like 7/11 and the big MAKRO market are close by. The next beach is in walking distance and to Lamai with all the shops and entertainment it is just a 5 – 8 minute ride by bike.
Escalating a stair in front of the house you reach the small, roofed terrace with a table and three chairs. From here you have a nice view onto the surrounding, lush tropical vegetation. Turning to the left you enter the open plan living- kitchen area. The living area is furnished with a table and six chairs and has a wall mounted TV.
To the opposite side of the room lies the kitchen with a counter, a sink, a microwave, a fridge/freezer combination, wall- and floor units, a two burner gas stove, a water cooker, a toaster, pots and pans and crockery.
Next to the kitchen, at both ends of the room are the two bathrooms both with shower, wash basin and toilet and a wooden rack for your towels and toiletries next to one bathroom door.
The three bedrooms are between the bathrooms and all have a king size bed, two reading lamps, a fitted, mirrored wardrobe, bedside tables, and air conditioning.

For bookings of up to 3 month the total of the rent must be booked on our account latest 30 days prior to your arrival.

Not included are:
- Electric: 6,5 THB per unit, meter reading
- Water: 25 THB per unit, meter reading
Gas for cooking- The house is cleaned upon your arrival. Every following cleaning upon request and at 700,-THB.
