The Koh Samui8 long term rental- house Lamai 14This modern, Thai style, 3 bedroom house is located on a hill, in a resort of about 30 houses with a big communal pool. The resort is near the well-known Grandmother – Grandfather Rock in Lamai. To the next beach it is a 5 – 8 minute walk and restaurants and shops are in the near vicinity. The house offers garden view.

Escalating a stair in front of the house you come right into the open plan living- dining- kitchen area. The dining area offers a table with six chairs and a wall mounted TV. The adjoining kitchen is very spacious and features a sink, a microwave, wall- and floor units, a shelf for the dinnerware, a wooden rack for storage, a two burner gas stove and a fridge/freezer combination.

From the kitchen a door leads into the first bedroom, furnished with a king size bed, brick built bedside tables at both sides of the bed, two wall mounted reading lights, a fitted, mirrored wardrobe, air conditioning, and an en suite bathroom with shower, wash basin and a toilet.

Living areaAt the opposite side of the dining area you find the living area with a table and four chairs. A step leads up into the second bedroom with a king size bed, brick built bedside tables at both sides of the bed, and two wall mounted reading lights, a fitted, mirrored wardrobe, and air conditioning.

At the left side of the living area a door leads out of the house onto a roofed walkway and to the right you find the third bedroom which is identical with the second bedroom. Further down the walkway is the second bathroom with a shower, a wash basin and a toilet. The highlight of this bathroom is a big rock which is integrated into the room.

Unfortunately you cannot drive up to the house but have to walk.
Pets are allowed as long as they do not disturb the neighbors by barking or aggressive behavior.

Long term rentals:  (more than 3 month) upon your arrival there is 1 set of bed ware, per bed, but no towels provided.

BedroomThe first payment is 2 monthly rental rates, + the refundable deposit for damages. 1x for the current rent and 1x for rental deposit.

For rentals of more than 3 month and if the rent is paid in full in advance a discount can be granted. (Exact amount has to be negotiated)

For bookings of up to 3 month the total of the rent must be booked on our account latest 30 days prior to your arrival.
