The Koh Samui long term rental - house Lamai 13This two story, one bedroom house with garden view, is located in a valley in a quiet resort near Grandmother- Grandfather – Rock in the South – East of Koh Samui. The resort consists of about 30 houses in all kinds of Thai styles and provides a big communal pool with parasols.

Type A and B are mainly the same, but B sits on higher stilts and therefore has some extra space underneath the house. The kitchen is a bit better equipped and organized. Also the furnishing is a little different from type A.

The manger lives on site and can be contacted during the regular office hours from 8 in the morning till 5 in the afternoon. In the near vicinity are many restaurants, small shops like 7/11s, a pharmacy and a big MAKRO market. To the next beach it is just a Living area5-8 minute walk. Due to the location in the valley you only have access to a mobile net by the Dtac Compay in the house. So if you are looking for a sim card get one from Dtac.

You enter the house through a glass door on the ground floor and access the open plan living – dining- kitchen area. The living area is furnished with a table, two armchairs and a wooden bench. To the other side of the room is a table with the TV on it. This area is a bit lower than the rest of the room and can be cooled by an oscillating fan mounted to the wall. Mosquito screens on all windows allow air to flow through the room but keeps the little critters outside.

A step secured with a railing divides the living area from the dining – kitchen area. Dining area and the downstairs BathroomThe dining area features a table and three chairs. The adjoining kitchen is very basic and provides a sink, a fridge/freezer combination, a metal rack with a two burner gas stove and some storage room underneath. A second, wooden rack hosts the micro wave and the dinnerware.

Next to the stair leading to the upper floor on the left side of the room you find a bathroom with a shower and a toilet.

On the upper floor is the bedroom furnished with a king size bed, a bedside table and a wardrobe and provides an air conditioning and a fan. To the right lies the bathroom Kitchen type Awith a wash basin, a toilet and a bath tub.

Through sliding glass doors you have access to the roofed terrace with two armchairs and a small table. From here you can enjoy the nice view into the valley and on the lush, exotic vegetation.
