This traditional Thai style Koh Samui long term rental - house Hua Thanon 02 is located in Hua Thanon, in the very South of Koh Samui. It is about 80 meter off the ring road, near a small river, surrounded by lush tropical vegetation. The wooden terrace and a little pond are adding to the charm of this simple but nice bungalow. Shops and restaurants are in walking distance. You also find a big Muslim market with lots of fresh sea food and vegetables in this small village. To the next beach it is a 5 minute drive.
The house is erected on stilts and passing the little pond, you reach the big, roofed terrace in front of the house via a stair with 5 steps. The terrace is furnished with a sofa, a bench a table and four chairs and offers a nice view onto the small river and on the surrounding tropical vegetation.
Through a sliding door you enter the living area which provides three sofas and two tables. A small wardrobe and a fan complete the furnishing. ( A TV can be provided upon request but only local TV or via internet)
At the end of the room to the right side are the bathroom with shower, wash basin and toilet and the bedroom with a king size bed, an open shelf, a bedside table, a mosquito screen and air conditioning.
To the left side lies the second bedroom with a king size bed, a small, open shelf, mosquito screens, and an oscillating ceiling fan.
Straight ahead is the spacious kitchen with a microwave and a toaster on a table, a double bowl sink, a fridge/freezer combination, a 2 burner gas stove, a second table, an open shelf, wall and floor units, and a stool.
Outside of the house is a roofed area with a washing machine and clothes drying racks which you have to share with one neighbor. In front of the house is a car park where you can park at least 2 cars.
