This very spacious and comfortable Villa is located up a hill, in Chaweng in the North-East of the island Koh Samui. It lies in a very quiet area with very little traffic, yet it is just a few minute drive to Chaweng with all its shopping facilities and entertainment. To the next beach it takes you about 15 minutes by car. The access road is moderately steep and can easily be mastered.
From the access road you escalate a stair and reach the entrance gate. From here you come onto the pool deck. It is furnished with four sun chairs and an arm chair. A big Sala with a table and six chairs provides shade and from here you can enjoy the sea view or sip on a cool drink before you take a refreshing dip in the private pool. This area also provides an outside shower and the 4th bedroom with a king size bed, 
two bedside tables with a lamp, a side board and a wall mounted mirror, air conditioning and an en suite bathroom with shower, wash basin and toilet. Next to this room you find an extra living room with a huge sofa, a chest of drawers, several shelves, a table, small furniture and air conditioning. Both rooms have access to the pool deck via sliding glass doors.
From this floor a stair leads up to the middle floor. To the right is a large, roofed balcony, nicely decorated with flower pots and furnished with a table with 4 chairs and 2 comfortable sofas. From the balcony you can enter the 2 big bedrooms. Both feature a table, two chairs, a dresser with a mirror and stool, a bedside table with a lamp, a wardrobe in an open dressing area, an en suite bathroom with shower, toilet 
and wash basin. One bedroom has a king size bed while the other one has two single beds.
To the left side you find the open plan, living- dining- kitchen area.
Entering the room you have the kitchen with a counter, a microwave, a coffee machine, a toaster, a rice cooker, a water cooker, a backing oven, a fridge/freezer combination, cutlery, pots and pans, a dish washer, a sink, an exhaust hood, a ceramic glass cook top, and wall- and floor units. This kitchen provides everything you need to prepare a several course meal for your family and friends. Here you also find a door that allows access to the guest toilet.
The adjoining dining area has a table and six chairs.
The living area with a huge sofa, a table, a sideboard, a TV, a fan and air conditioning, several lamps and a roofed balcony with a table and four chairs has everything to comfort you and as from everywhere in the house you can enjoy the nice sea view.
Through a corridor with flower pots and a Buddha statue and escalating a stair you reach the top floor with the master bedroom. It provides a king size bed, a wardrobe with a room safe, a writing table with a chair, 2 bedside tables with lamps, several racks, a small sofa, an air conditioning, and a huge en suite bathroom with double wash basin, a lot of space to put your toiletry, a shower, a toilet and a huge bath tub.
A roofed balcony from where you can enjoy the nice sea view, furnished with a table and 2 chairs completes the features of this fantastic room providing everything you need to feel comfortable.

The whole building is nicely decorated with flower pots and you have sea view from all rooms and the pool deck.
Pets are welcome.
The house can be rented with 3 or 4 bedrooms.
A vehicle is a must.

The deposit to secure the booking is 30% of the rental. The total has to be paid in full latest 30 days prior to your arrival.
A refundable deposit for damages has to be paid: 20.000,- THB. It can be paid in US$ or Euro.
The rental includes;

Not included are:
- Electric: 7,- THB per unit, meter reading
- Car or motorbike rental can be arranged
