This Koh Samui long term rental - house Chaweng 05 is a beautiful, modern, 3 bedroom villa and is located up the hill in Chaweng Noi in a housing area overlooking all of Chaweng and far out onto the sea. The view is absolutely stunning. The way up to the villa is very steep and is best mastered with a 4 wheel drive vehicle. To Chaweng with all the shops, restaurants and entertainment, it is just a few minute drive.
A small garden welcomes you in front of the villa. You can park your vehicle right on the private parking plot and walk up a stair leading alongside of the house up to the lower floor. From a landing, a door to the left leads into the lower floor where you 
find two identical bedrooms.
Both are equipped with a four poster king size bed, a mosquito net, shelves for your belongings, two chairs, and air conditioning. Both bedrooms have large, en suite bathrooms with rain forest shower, wash basin, toilet and a shelve where you can put your sanitary articles. Both bedrooms also feature a spacious balcony furnished with a table and two chairs where you can relax and totally undisturbed enjoy the great view.
Escalating the stair to the top floor you reach the pool deck with the open plan living – dining - kitchen area, and the master bedroom.
The master bedroom has windows to one side, and sliding glass doors at two sides give access to the pool deck. The master bedroom is furnished with a four poster, king size bed, with a mosquito net, a writing table with a chair, a shelve for your belongings and air conditioning. Certainly this bedroom also has an en suite bathroom that provides the same features as the other bathrooms.
On this floor you also have the large, open plan living – dining – kitchen area and the infinity pool.
The kitchen is equipped with a counter, a ceramic stove, a baking oven, a hood, a 
toaster, a microwave, a sink, a water cooker, a rice cooker, a big fridge/freezer, and floor and wall units, as well as dinner ware and cutlery. You find everything you need to prepare a several course meal for you and your friends if you like to cook.
The dining area is furnished with a big dining table with six chairs and an open shelf with the TV. If needed a fan generates a cooling breeze during the hot time of the day. A comfortable couch with a table and two armchairs adjoin the dining area. The highlight of the room is a snooker table and the front that opens completely to let light and air flow through this area.
The large pool deck offers long chairs and a nice sofa with a table. A parasol protects you from the sun and you can sit in the shade, sipping on a cold long drink, take a refreshing dip in the big infinity pool or simply relax on one of the long chairs and enjoy the fantastic view over Chaweng and far out onto the gentle waves of the Gulf of Thailand.
