The Koh Samui long term rental house Chaweng 04 is located in a housing area of Chaweng in the North – East of the island. The resort consist of 3 houses but only 2 are for rent. The third one is used by the owner herself but she is not often on the island. Shopping facilities and restaurants are in reach within a few minutes. To the Chaweng beach it is just a 10 minute drive.
Via the terrace and through sliding glass doors you enter the living area. It is furnished with a 3 seater sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a pedestal fan, and a flat screen TV
From the living room you have access to the dining – kitchen area. The dining area has a table and four chairs. Big windows and sliding glass doors allow light and air to flow into the room and offer a nice view into the garden.
The kitchen is equipped with a counter, a sink, wall and floor units, a fridge, a ceramic stove top, a microwave, a water cooker, and pots and pans. In this area you also find a table to work on, the guest toilet, and the back door.
Escalating a stair from the living area you can access the upper floor with the two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, a bedside table with a lamp, a wardrobe, 
an air conditioning and an en suite bathroom with wash basin, shower, and a toilet. Additional this bedroom features a balcony with a table and two chairs
The 2nd bedroom is furnished with two single beds, a bedside table with a lamp, a wardrobe, an air conditioning and an en suite bathroom with wash basin, shower and toilet. Big windows offer a nice view on the garden and far out onto the nice surrounding.
In front of the house is the well kempt garden and the pool, as well as the car park. In the neighborhood is a water park and sometimes between 1pm and 6 pm you can hear the music which they turn on if they have guests.
