The Koh Samui long term rental - house Bang Por 07 is a one bedroom house and is located in Bang Por, in a quiet housing area in the North of Koh Samui. The house has garden view and to the next beach it is about 200 meter. At the entrance to the development is a small shop where you can buy things for your daily supply. To Maenam the next village it is a 5 minute drive. We recommend a vehicle.
Crossing the car park you reach the roofed terrace in front of the house. It is furnished with a table and four chairs and two comfortable arm chairs. A ceiling fan cools this area.
Through sliding glass doors you enter the house and come into the open plan living – 
dining – kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with a sink, a microwave, a toaster, a water cooker, wall and floor units, pots and pans, cutlery, dinner ware and a two burner gas stove supplemented by a two spot glass ceramic cook top, and a fridge/freezer combination. The adjoining dining area features a table and four chairs.
The living area provides a comfortable sofa with an ottoman, a side board and a book shelve, a small, round table, and a wall mounted big TV. This whole area is air conditioned.
Through a door at the left side of the room you have access to the big bedroom. It 
features a king size bed, two bedside tables with lamps, a ceiling fan and air conditioning and two fitted, mirrored wardrobes. There is also a pedestal fan to generate a cooling breeze.
The en suite bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet and two wash basins with a lot of space in between to put all you toiletries.
From all rooms you can access the roofed terrace via sliding glass doors. All windows have mosquito screens to let the air flow in and keep the little critters outside.
The well kempt garden and the roofed car park add to the comfort of this house.

A Nissan Almera with full insurance can be rented with the house for about 700,- to 800,-THB p day. Depending on the rental period

A deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking. If you have to cancel because of extraordinary circumstances (disease, unforeseeable incident) the deposit can be partially refunded. The final decision about a refund lies alone in the discretion of the owner.
For bookings of up to 3 month the total of the rent must be booked on the account of the owner latest 30 days prior to your arrival.
A refundable deposit for damages has to be paid: 10.000,-THB.

- Electric 3,- THB per unit, meter reading
