This Thai style house with two bedrooms is embedded in a lush garden and located in a quiet housing area called Ban Tai in the North of Koh Samui. The beach is in walking distance and can be reached within 8 minute. In the near vicinity are many small restaurants and shops where you can get your daily supply.
From the garden, escalating four steps, you reach a large, roofed terrace in front of the house. The terrace is furnished with a bench and a table, a dining table with two chairs and a ceiling fan.
From the terrace you enter the living room. There you find a bench and two armchairs, all with cushions, a table and a chest of drawers with the TV on top and a fan.
The kitchen adjoins the living room. The kitchen provides a counter, a sink, a two burner gas stove, floor units, a fridge/freezer combination, a dining table with two chairs and a cabinet for supply and dinner ware. From the kitchen you have access to the bathroom and through a back door to the roofed, rear terrace.
The bathroom features a wash basin, a shower and a toilet.
From the living room you enter both bedrooms. They are furnished with king size beds, a wardrobe and air conditionings. All windows and doors to the outside have mosquito screens.
Next to the house is a roofed car port.

A refundable deposit of one monthly rental rate for damages has to be paid.
