This modern Thai style 3 bedroom house is located in a very quiet housing area in the North-West of the island Koh Samui at the foothills of a ridge. It is just a few minutes drive by bike to small shops and restaurants. Maenam, the next bigger Village is just 5 Km away.
Following a small, paved walkway from the driveway, you reach a roofed terrace where the on two sides open and very spacious dining-kitchen area is located. A big table offers enough space for 10 people and the fully equipped kitchen allows to 
prepare multicourse meals. If the natural ventilation is not sufficient, a ceiling fan can generate a cooling breeze. From here you have access to the pool and all other rooms.
Right next to the dining area is the spacious living room which you enter through sliding glass doors. It is furnished with two comfortable sofas, two armchairs, a table, a sideboard with a TV, a cabinet and it is air conditioned. A connecting door leads into the adjoining master bedroom. It offers a double bed, a big wardrobe, two bedside tables with bedside lamps, and an air conditioning. The en suite bathroom features separate niches for the shower and the toilet, and a wash 
basin.
On the opposite side of the living room another connecting door gives access to bedroom two, which as all bedrooms has an en suite bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin. Beside the double bed, two bedside tables and a fitted wardrobe this bedroom provides an armchair from which you can enjoy the view out onto the pool.
Bedroom three is identical with bedroom two. Except from the master bedroom you have direct access to the pool from all rooms.
The pool deck adjoining the open dining-kitchen area is furnished with four long chairs 
and the big infinity pool invites to take a refreshing dip.
