Laem Set 04 - 1 bedroom

The Koh Samui holiday home - Laem Set 04 is a new and comfortable one bedroom villa and located in a quiet area near the Rum Distillery in the South of the island Koh Samui. From a small side road the private driveway turns left to the Villa and just two more house next to it. Within a few minutes you can reach some restaurants and the beach. To Lamai it is a 15-20 minute drive. The villa is comfortable and tastefully furnished and decorated and provides a lot of privacy.

A sliding gate secures the house from the access road and leads you to the car park. From there you have the gas BBQ to the left. Straight ahead is the guest toilet. The pool to the right with Jacuzzi, sun beds and parasol invites to relax with a cool drink or to take a refreshing dip in the clear water.

Next is the roofed, outside living area with two comfortable two seater sofas, a table, a huge TV, and a beautiful little pond. A ceiling fan generates a cooling breeze.
Through a double winged, sliding door you enter the house and come into the open plan kitchen – dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a two burner gas stove, a backing oven, an exhaust hood, a microwave, a water cooker, a toaster, a coffee machine, a sink, a fridge/freezer combination, a counter, wall and floor units, cutlery and pots and pans.

The adjoining dining area provides a big, round table and five chairs. Next to the table is a sliding door that gives access to the small rear terrace with the washing machine.
Further to the left side of the room is the bedroom door. The bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, two bedside tables with lamps, a dresser with a mirror and a stool, a wardrobe and an air conditioning. Sliding doors allow access to the pool area and an additional door leads into the en suite bathroom with a big bathtub, a shower, a wash basin and a toilet.

50 percent of the rental rate has to be paid to secure the bookong. The remaining balance has to be paid 2 month before check in.

• Cleaning and changing of bed linen twice per week
• Linen and towels provided 
• Sat-TV , fiber optic Wi-Fi 
• Airport or ferry transfer

Not included:

• Fridge stocking
• Extra house cleaning and linnen change can be arranged
• Car rental - can be arranged
