The Koh Samui holiday home - Laem Set 03 is an exquisite, tropical style 1 bedroom villa located in Laem Set in the south of the island. The Villa offers a wonderful, tropical style 180 square meters of indoor and outdoor living area.

The Villa is just a 10 min drive from the seaside town of Lamai, with its beautiful expansive beach, smart restaurants, small bars, Thai boxing and many other attractions. With the Tesco  Lotus Superstore and the popular large food Supermarket, Makro, located in Lamai, your every need is catered for. 

Enjoy walking around Baan Kao Saturday Night Market just a few min drive away, and located alongside Baan Kao Seafood Restaurant.

Five mins away by motorbike or car you have the fishing village of Baan Hua Thanon where fresh fish, fruit and vegetables are sold daily at the local market. There are also many local shops here, together with doctor's surgery, restaurants and a Chinese temple

The local beach to the Villa is only 650 meters away, where the coastline is calm and shallow waters. Walk alongside the palm trees, dip your toes into the clear water and feel the sense of Koh Samui of long ago.

The Villa:

There is an open plan kitchen area with microwave oven, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, blender, full cutlery and crockery etc. Also an open plan tropical outdoor living area with TV and DVD player, together with an additional indoor living/dining area with wicker sofa, teak dining table and selection of books for those who enjoy to read.

A spacious en-suite Bedroom with air conditioning, king size bed, elegant teak furniture and a 50 inch LED flatscreen with True Visions platinum package. The en suite bathroom offers washing basin, shower, a bath tube and toilet

The Villa has a lovely private salt water swimming pool and Jacuzzi, with beautiful surrounding lush garden and Lotus pond with colourful carp. There is also patio garden furniture with table, chairs and parasol together with a built-in outdoor gas barbecue, where you can enjoy to cook fresh meat and fish purchased from the local market or superstores, and dine al fresco with exquisite outdoor living.
